Wayne works with families residing in the U.S. and Canadian residents with U.S. and/or Canadian investment assets. He advises wealthy families on growing, protecting, and ultimately distributing their wealth in an effective and efficient manner according to their personal goals. He aims to optimize the integration of a wealth management plan that encompasses the complexities of capital markets returns, risk management, tax and liquidity management that having assets on both sides of the border brings. Prior to immigrating to the U.S., Wayne founded The Baxter Team in 2002, one of the original practices with the Investment Planning Counsel (IPC) in Ontario, Canada. The Baxter Team grew from one location to four Southern Ontario locations in Etobicoke, North York, Georgetown and Newmarket. He started his career in 1994 with the original practice that started IPC.
