Lance is a Managing Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at One Capital Management, where he partners closely with the Chief Investment Officer to provide strategic leadership across the firm's investment platform. He leads the Portfolio Management Team while overseeing the firm's equity research process and trade execution. As a member of the firm's Investment Committee, Lance collaborates on the firm's capital market outlook, strategic asset allocation, portfolio construction, and security selection, helping translate the firm's long-term investment philosophy into disciplined investment solutions for high-net-worth families, trusts, foundations, and institutions.

Lance joined One Capital Management in 2013. Prior to joining the firm, he was an analyst with Woodbury Strategic Partners, where he evaluated private equity investment opportunities, and with Crestline Investors, where he conducted investment research for the firm's Special Opportunity Fund. He earned both a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Utah.
