Senior Associate | Client Services

Position Description

The client services team of OCM Wealth Management is in search of a Senior Client Services Associate to join their servicing effort. In addition to providing support to an advisor or team of advisors, the Senior Client Services Associate will supervise a group of Client Service Associates. The supervision will include training and mentoring responsibilities. The Wealth Management team focuses on delivering the full scope of the firm’s wealth and investment services to individuals and private clients, foundations and endowments and investment advisors. The Senior Client Services Associate plays a key role in fulfilling the servicing needs of these clients.
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:

Client servicing through the following: opening/closing accounts, handling cash flows, client reporting/due diligence, preparation of marketing presentations and general troubleshooting in response to client inquiries.
- Interact extensively with senior investment professionals throughout the firm.
- Act as a liaison with various departments, including portfolio management, compliance and operations.
- Involved in maintaining client relationships and fulfilling various requests.
- Interact with prospective clients, maintain client management database and provide office support to advisors.
- Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed.


Job Requirements

The candidate should have minimum two years’ experience in a professional capacity; industry experience is preferred but not required. The candidate should have very strong communication and analytical skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should demonstrate initiative and good judgement coupled with the ability to work well under pressure. The candidate should be able to work well independently and within a team. Associate should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to successfully manage the responsibilities of handling a large client base. The individual must be a self-started able to master all aspects of the retail wealth and investment management business. He/she must demonstrate initiative and good judgement as well as the ability to work well under pressure and time constraints. Associate must be able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to ensure that client requests are completed in a timely manner. He/she must be able to work independently and as a team. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills a must. College degree required.

Associate | Portfolio Manager

Position Description

The Portfolio Management team of One Capital Management is in search of an Associate Portfolio Manager to support the Senior Portfolio Management team and Investment Policy Group, in the translation of portfolio strategy across client accounts. The Associate PM is responsible for optimizing portfolios and initiating equity and fixed income trades based on guidance from the research teams, portfolio targets, and account management guidelines. Associate Portfolio Managers are responsible for ensuring that portfolio strategy is applied to individual client accounts by demonstrating a deep understanding of investment services and operational policies and procedures.
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Implementing investment decisions for individual client accounts.
- Day to Day monitoring of equity, fixed income, and cash positions in the accounts.
- Investing new accounts, reviewing and applying client guidelines, addressing client requests, and managing client cash flows.
- Liaising with other departments internally, Senior Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Sales/Marketing, Trading, and Investment Operations.
- Utilizing various quantitative portfolio management tools, including portfolio optimization techniques.
- Project based initiatives for Global Portfolio Management group, Senior Portfolio Managers, research teams, and clients.


Job Requirements

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. He/she should have strong analytical ability with solid quantitative skills. Proven problem-solving skills are essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment required. He/she should also possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. He/she must be comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
