Position Description

As member of the Portfolio Management team, you will provide operational support to the team and be responsible for the efficient and effective communication between members of the team and to other groups at the firm.

Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Update and maintain the company’s databases for clients, securities, transactions and performance
- Daily reconciliation of custodial data feeds
- Trade clearing and settlement monitoring
- Security classifications - Maintenance & audits
- Cost basis - Maintenance & audits
- Composite performance - Inclusion & exclusion / Maintenance & audits
- Corporate Actions Management - Reorganizations / Mergers & Acquisitions / Stock splits / Spin-offs
- Bond maturity management
- Daily and weekly reporting
- Proxy Voting
- Minutes of all Portfolio Management meetings (especially Investment Committees)
- Trade Away Bookings
- ETF Trade Settlements & Daily Reconciliation
- Tax Trading Process Management (wash sale alarms)
- Research support

You will work closely with the IT Manager in developing and maintaining different applications and IT solutions that support the portfolio management, trading and reporting functions. Other projects will be assigned by the members of the portfolio management team as needed.

Position Description

The client services team of OCM Wealth Management is in search of a Client Services Associate to join their servicing effort. The candidate will provide support to an advisor or team of advisors. The Wealth Management team focuses on delivering the full scope of the firm’s wealth and investment services to individuals and private clients, foundations and endowments and investment advisors. The Client Services Associate plays a key role in fulfilling the servicing needs of these clients.
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Service Client Accounts: Opening/closing accounts, manage cash flows, client reporting/due diligence and general troubleshooting in response to client inquiries.
- Create and support an elite end to end client experience and maintain CRM database.
- Manage and develop client presentations and communications.
- Provide office support to advisors.
- Work with senior investment professionals and wealth analyst to develop client wealth forecast analyses.
- Act as a liaison with various departments, including portfolio management, compliance and operations.
- Assist with departmental projects and initiatives as needed.

Job Requirements

The candidate, including undergraduates and recent graduates, should have 1-2 years of experience in a professional capacity; industry experience is preferred but not required. They should have very strong communication and analytical skills and be highly organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should demonstrate initiative and good judgement coupled with the ability to work well under pressure. The candidate should be able to work well independently and within a team. They should be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to successfully manage the responsibilities of handling a large client base. The individual must be a self-starter able to master all aspects of the retail wealth and investment management business. He/she must demonstrate initiative and good judgement as well as the ability to work well under pressure and time constraints. The candidate must be able to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks to ensure that client requests are completed in a timely manner. He/she must be able to work independently and as a team. Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills a must. College degree required.

Position Description

The Portfolio Management team of One Capital Management is in search of an Associate Portfolio Manager to support the Senior Portfolio Management team and Investment Policy Group, in the translation of portfolio strategy across client accounts. The Associate PM is responsible for optimizing portfolios and initiating equity and fixed income trades based on guidance from the research teams, portfolio targets, and account management guidelines. Associate Portfolio Managers are responsible for ensuring that portfolio strategy is applied to individual client accounts by demonstrating a deep understanding of investment services and operational policies and procedures.
Specific responsibilities may include but not limited to:

- Implementing investment decisions for individual client accounts.
- Day to Day monitoring of equity, fixed income, and cash positions in the accounts.
- Investing new accounts, reviewing and applying client guidelines, addressing client requests, and managing client cash flows.
- Liaising with other departments internally, Senior Portfolio Managers, Compliance, Sales/Marketing, Trading, and Investment Operations.
- Utilizing various quantitative portfolio management tools, including portfolio optimization techniques.
- Project based initiatives for Global Portfolio Management group, Senior Portfolio Managers, research teams, and clients.


Job Requirements

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. He/she should have strong analytical ability with solid quantitative skills. Proven problem-solving skills are essential. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline driven environment required. He/she should also possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. He/she must be comfortable working independently while also collaborating as part of a team.
